A well-known yoga therapist and chanting teacher, Tara Mitra belongs to the T Krishnamacharya lineage. She firmly believes that yoga therapy is the best way to achieve mental peace and maintain physical health. Her chanting sessions are attended by people worldwide. 

2. Vinay 

Vinay is a certified yoga teacher specialising in Hatha, Ashtanga, Kriya, Vinyasa and meditation. His Instagram is full of pictures of him doing difficult asanas. He also takes online yoga training sessions for those who can’t attend in person.
